It’s an application for gamers who play games made by Epic Games only. Just like Steam, Epic Games (and others mentioned above) do act like the same. The site is legit but people on here get angry over the fact it uses scene group naming without actually being affiliated with them. No steamunlocked is not itself a virus but may contain some malware in the files that you download so make sure to scan them with an anti virus device. Ocean of Games is an Online torrent website, the website directly links to torrents of Copyrighted Video Games For PC, which is completely illegal.
